Only one tablet provides the body with 27 important vitamins, minerals and trace elements continuously during the day.
The supply with vitamins, minerals and trace elements is often not sufficient if the nutrition is unbalanced. Certain vitamins and minerals can be stored by the body in a limited amount, only. This refers to water soluble vitamins like C, B1, B2 and B6. An intake of a huge amount of Vitamin C results in an elimination of this vitamin and not in an utilization by the body with the consequence that in times of higher strain the availability is suboptimal. Normally in times of high strain the body needs more nutrients for body‘s defences and the cell protection system.
The tablets of Doppelherz® aktiv Multivitamins work like a „storage system“ due to a special developed manufacturing procedure. From this „storage system“ the valuable nutrients are released over many hours and can be used by the body during this time continuously.
Take 1 tablet daily at meal with enough liquid. Do not chew. Tablet can be divided into halves.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage! Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
The product should be stored out of the reach of young children.
Do not store above 25 °C.
