An optimal intake of vitamins, minerals and essential trace elements is essential for well-being and to ensure our body performs at its best every day. Our body cannot produce these essential nutrients itself, so regular consumption is indispensable. A deficiency in even one of these nutrients can disrupt many metabolic processes. A diet rich in fruit, vegetables, cereals, dairy products and regular fish-based meals helps meet the body’s nutritional needs.

Special formulation

When the body is under significant strain, for example during periods of stress at work or in family life, the need for certain nutrients changes and may increase. The formulation of Doppelherz® aktiv A-Z DEPOT tablets, containing a selection of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, has been specially developed to meet these additional needs.

Thanks to a special manufacturing process, Doppelherz® aktiv DEPOT tablets act like true “nutrient reserves”. Over many hours, these “nutrient reserves” continuously release essential nutrients that the body can draw on at any time.

Consumption recommendation

Take one tablet daily after a meal with a large glass of water. Do not chew the tablet. The tablets can be split in half to make them easier to take.
