Breastfeeding is not only about providing essential nutrients for the newborn's growth and development.
The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life to provide newborns with essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and immune support crucial for healthy growth and development.
However, many women face breastfeeding challenges, such as low milk production, which hinder them from following this recommendation.
To support normal breast milk production, we have developed Lacterna, which combines extracts of anise, dill, and fennel with essential nutrients that enhance the nutritional quality of milk while avoiding depletion of the mother's nutrient reserves.
Anise, dill, and fennel are aromatic plants traditionally used by European women to stimulate lactation, which is why they are referred to as "galactagogue" plants.
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, after a meal, with a large glass of water. Do not chew the capsules.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Food supplements cannot substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not suitable for children or adolescents.
Store at a temperature below 25°C.
